Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has failed to recuse himself from cases brought to the Court in which his wife, Ginni Thomas, has a personal, political, and financial interest. An investigation into the conflict of interest, as well as the appearance of impropriety on the part of the this Justice of the highest Court needs to be conducted, and if so found, impeachment and immediate resignation of his seat on the Bench. I will bring this petition to state representatives as proof their constituents demand integrity be returned to the Supreme Court. We can no longer stand by and allow Justice Thomas to use his honorable position for potential financial gain as a partisan hack.
