I am just a middle class black man, tired of witnessing the division and destruction of America, a country I cherish deeply. For many like me, Judge James Boasberg is a primary contributor to these problems, and we feel strongly that it's time for him to be held accountable.

Under his tenure, numerous decisions that seemingly undermine unity and progress have been passed, causing profound angst among us, the public. Apart from the issues of division, we also believe that Judge Boasberg has not shown the fortitude expected of a federal judge in preserving and upholding constitutional rights.

Though impeachment of a federal judge is rare, it is not unheard of. According to the Federal Judicial Center, there have been 15 impeachments of federal judges in the history of the United States; eight of these were convicted while four resigned (source: Federal Judicial Center). It is our collective responsibility to ensure the judiciary serves its people correctly and justly.

By disregard for unity, harmful court decisions, and neglecting to uphold the constitutional rights all citizens are entitled to, Judge Boasberg, we believe, has failed to serve the American people adequately. With your support, we can underscore the need for officials who foster unity, reverence the Constitution, and uphold justice at all times.

Let's unite in rectifying a situation that seems to continually fuel the division and destruction of our country we dearly love. Impeaching Judge James Boasberg would represent a significant step towards reclaiming the judicial system's integrity in our American democracy.
