In California, the rights of black students are being trampled upon by those in power, led by Governor Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom. As a passionate advocate for the rights provided under the First Amendment, I have witnessed a disturbing trend where students in public colleges and universities are targeted based on racial and national lines specifically Haitian students. This behavior stands in stark contrast to what our Constitution guarantees.

The Newsoms have shown a pattern of neglect towards the responsibilities of their office, prioritizing personal fame and media presence over the welfare of the state. They have allowed a network of corrupt actors and independent Network marketers to take the reins in their absence, focusing their efforts on building their YouTube channels and social media platforms instead. This shift away from governance has left the State of California in disarray, placing power in the hands of those who do not have the citizens' best interests at heart.

A particular target of this neglect is the black community and black students who are being systematically marginalized and targeted. Our schools, which should be safe havens of learning and growth, have instead become environments of fear and exclusion, driven by government officials and media teams under the Newsoms' authority.

Moreover, the discriminatory practices extend beyond students, affecting people of Haiti and in the Caribbean countries such as Jamaica, Dominica and in particularly Israelis who face removal from educational institutions if they do not conform to their enslaved expectations. The systemic injustice perpetuated by the Newsoms and their affiliates is a violation of our fundamental rights as citizens and as individuals.

We call for the immediate impeachment of Gavin Newsom and Jennifer Siebel Newsom, holding them accountable for their actions and reinstating a government that truly serves its people. By taking this action, we can pave the way for a more inclusive and fair society where every individual, regardless of race or national origin, can exercise their rights freely and without fear in California and in other parts of the United States where those who are in power are utilizing intimidation and fear to silence those who speaks against their unfairness.
