I'm writing this petition out of deep concern and personal anguish. H.R.1 has been passed under the leadership of individuals like French Hill, Tom Cotton, John Boozman, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and others. For me, and for individuals in similar situations across Arkansas, this legislation threatens our very existence. Despite overwhelming medical evidence of my disability, I have been denied social security benefits six times. Many others such as elderly and children will not meet the new work requirements for Medicaid and SNAP benefits.These policies ignore the reality of disabilities and force us to abide by criteria that many of us simply cannot meet.

Please make no mistake, this bill is class warfare against rural America.I am already seeing reports from people in news and social media in which people are losing their social security benefits entirely. These people will die because they cannot meet the work requirements for Medicaid and SNAP!

The leaders of the Republican party would rather let these people die and keep their illegitimate money instead of supporting basic human rights and family needs in America

I am including the electoral college of Arkansas for failing to properly represent this state, 50% of Arkansans did not vote in the last election due to bipartisan extremism and voter suppression tactics such as the removal of the write in portion on our ballots and closing the polls early.

The Arkansas state supreme Court judges have over-ruled federal law in the recent past to suit an authoritarian police state rooted in religious extremism.

H.R.1 not only imposes unjust work requirements for Medicaid and SNAP but also offers tax breaks to those in the highest tax bracket. How can we call this fair? While the affluent receive financial breaks, the most vulnerable in our society, including myself, are at risk of losing essential support.

The social security system has already been compromised by predecessors who exploited it, like my aunt and cousin, who collected social security payments while maintaining full-time jobs. This is not the fault of those in need now, yet we bear the consequences. I cannot begin to express the fear and anxiety this brings, knowing that without aid I may not meet basic needs.

It's estimated by AI analysis directly from the bill that this legislation may lead to to at least 100,000 Arkansans losing benefits, unable to meet unreasonable work requirements placed on critical support programs. It estimates that at least 1,000 will die without support within a year.

The leaders I named have betrayed Arkansans by supporting legislation that undermines our wellbeing, and it's time they are held accountable. Their actions against the vulnerable populations of our state equate to high treason in the eyes of many affected. We must act now before it’s too late.

I declare it treason by corrupt greed!

I'm calling for the impeachment of these officials and demand that we revise this unjust legislation immediately. We need leadership that prioritizes the health and livelihood of all Arkansans over the wallets of the wealthy.

Never in the history of Congress has a bill with so many significant changes been rushed through the process as fast as this one with the exception of the patriot act post 9/11,the consequences of which we are still experiencing with bipartisan extremism and executive powers not returning to the people,Congress and judiciary.

Some have asked who I intend to replace them with. It should be up to a vote but I personally suggest Democratic legislation in order to balance the votes in D.C. I am trying to contact Democratic leadership in Arkansas.
