Javier has asked that we send out the information in another similar case where client is DETAINED by DHS/ICE and facing IMMINENT DEPORTATION from the United States as the father of 4 U.S. citizen daughters and living here for more than 18 years. Please help by signing and sharing this petition so we can do ALL we can to reunite this man with his family during this holiday season, and hopefully STAY his deportation. I just met with him at the Broward Transitional Center where he is detained during a pandemic and facing deportation. He lives in Palm Beach Gardens and is 4 daughters range from a 6 month old baby to a 14 year old daughter, all born here in the USA and entirely dependent on him.
