While Canada is one of the most multicultural countries around the world, a new study shows that Canada isn't as accepting as we often appear to be. In fact, Canada has just ranked as one of the most racial discriminating countries around the globe when it comes to the hiring process. So, when applying for a job, it appears that a lot more factors occur than just your qualifications. 
Canada attract lots of International students and Skilled immigrants from all over the world. Lots of people leave their homeland and good jobs with the dream of aspiring a better career in Canada but then get hit with the hard truth that they are not able to get good jobs inspite of their qualifications and experience. Millions of jobs are advertised but only few non whites grab the opportunities.

People get educated here paying high fees but end up doing all labour , odd jobs . This has to change . There should be a balance of distribution of job to people. 
Qualified non whites should get jobs .

The qualifications,skills experience of non white skilled workers should be considered for giving a job.
