I am a concerned student of Martin High School. Our community deserves leadership that respects both our students and their education. Unfortunately, Victoria Youngblood-Baldwin, a high-ranking administrator at our school, has been shown in past schools to be racist and an inadequate leader. 

According to MacArthur high petitioners "Principal Youngblood-Baldwin’s leadership style, lack of administrative preparedness, and insufficient experience managing a high school of MacArthur’s size, population, and demographic diversity have become significant liabilities to the campus." given Martin is a bigger school those may be concerns for our student body as well. 

Along with the general leadership concerns MacArthur petitioners  "Concerns regarding the treatment of minority leaders and staff members have become increasingly widespread and difficult to ignore. Numerous employees have expressed frustration with what they perceive as a lack of respect, support, and equitable treatment under the current administration. "

Some of us Martin students hope that both staff and parents will sign this petition to get Victoria out of our school before she can disrespect our minority staff and ruin our school. Martin High School is a model institution of support and success for all students and staff and it should stay that way . Stand with us as we advocate for a better future for our school . Sign this petition to support the cause for change and demand accountability from our school administration.
