Vigilante group Guardian Angels founded by Curtis Sliwa assaulted a US Citizen on Live TV (Fox, Hannity) while the nation watched. They're motive was "He Was Speaking Spanish". This is a clear and blatant Hate-Crime and a Gang Activity (all dressed alike and committing criminal offenses in a group of 5 or more). There should be no question in the eyes of Law Enforcement and the Courts that an obvious criminal action took place against this United States citizen on the basis of his ethnicity. WE THE PEOPLE demand that Law Enforcement and the Courts immediately exact consequences on these bad-faith actors and send a message that Vigilantism and Hate Crimes will not be tolerated in our FREE society...

This issue affects EVERY American citizen. If we are not free to walk down the street without fear of angry men in matching costumes attacking us then we are NOT FREE... America has no official language and NYC is known as the Great American Melting Pot making it impossible to tell by language alone who has a right to be there... It is known who does not belong there, street thugs assaulting citizens walking down the street minding their own business!

If Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa and his mob are not arrested, there will be no deterrent to others who may view that attack. This mob-assault will continue to spread to every part of our country if it is not prevented now.... The immediate prosecution of vigilantes enacting a false arrest and committing assault and battery is necessary to prevent others from copying this violence!

NOW is the time for our Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice System to respond to a growing national threat and to serve and protect the local citizens in their jurisdiction. INACTION IS AN ACTION!
