in november 2022 i sent a 14 day notice to my landlord sharon and darren playford from mangaweka and within 30 seconds replied we are terminating your tenancy and this is called a retaliation notice which is a breach of the residential tenancy act and is illegal to terminate the tenancy for standing up for your rights as a tenant. the next morning there was a 90 day notice in the mailbox and this 90 day notice was illegally served and fast forward to march 06th 2023 they turned up at the rental without giving 24 hour notice and walked into the rental while i was still asleep and then came straight into my bedroom as i was still in bed and started harrassing me and then through a tresspass notice issued by the taihape police at me and then started saying you are out of here and told me to leave which is a criminal offence and i told them to get out and leave and when they were leaving i seen darren playford carrying a large sledgehammer and crowbar and was in case the doors were locked they would have forced entry. i went to see the taihape police but noone was there so i went and got my mate and we went back to the rental and darren playford had smashed the glass on the front door and was changing the locks which is breaking and entering a criminal offence in nz. and darren came out and started video recording me and stated im going to call the police so i didnt want to get arrested so i left. for the next 2 month's i went to the police 5 times to try and get my property and possessions back and they refuse to even help and the value of everything that was stolen by my landlord is roughly $27000 dollars. they then took out a harrassment order in my name in may and being sick of them doing nothing i went public with my story and built a blog website www.taihapepolice.com and 2 days after i went public with my story the taihape police arrested me at home on criminal harrassment and have since been downgraded to behave threateningly due to lack of evidence and found out that it was darren that laid the complaint. and i have not contacted him,or even seen him since may and it was clear when i was at the police station that they wanted to know about me going public with my story and had nothing to do with harrassment.and they said to me if i post anything else online about the eviction including social media they would come and arrest me which is illegal as i simply told my story and was protected under the nz bill of human rights (freedom of expression

it is plain and simple they were trying to silence me and sweep this under the rug. now this is the definition of behave threateningly * threaten, kill, or stalk them and i have not seen him since may so the charges are bulls%$t.

i ask for your help by signing this petition which will be presented to the minister for police and i will not stop until the police officers are fired. this is police corruption and when i was  at the taihape police station the police officer badge id jlet39 said to me that the trespass notice should have never been issued in the first place and was not issued to enfirce a illegal eviction as it is illegal for landlords in nz to forceably remove tenants and only a court bailiff can enforce a eviction. 

as a result i spent 3.5 months living through a very harsh nz winter on the streets and is a direct result of the taihape police illegally issuing that trespass notice and pushed me mentally to breaking point and they have refused from day 1 to help me get my stuff back and refuse to even go get darren and question him about the theft of my property. they are corrupt and need to go
