I know that there is plenty of divorced dads/moms that are paying child support and that they know the money is not going to where it is supposed to go. I believe that it is entirely possible for mothers/fathers to show where the money is going. If the money is going where it is supposed to go it should not be an issue for mothers to prove where the money is going. 

Help me by signing the petition to get Illinois to pass a law that makes not having receipts for child support a thing of the past
