Hi, i’m starting this petition in hopes of bringing home my fiancé. Kacey have been incarcerated here in illinois since 2010. He have been having health problems and it have gotten worse since he been incarcerated. Kacey have epilepsy and asthma. Since COVID-19 surfaced he have been having serious heath issues which results in major surgery he had a open heart surgery just to have to go back and have liver surgery. He went back to get a heart stent placed. He is very high risk for catching covid which worries his family.

Kacey is a young multi raced male. He have served over 50% of his time and he have right his wrongs and learned from his mistakes. Kacey have family who are waiting on his arrival to come home. His son is now 10 and needs that father figure and guidance besides over the phone. He also have step children, mother and siblings who need him. Bringing Kacey home will bring such a wonderful impact on our lives and also take worries off my mother in law and I. Kacey would be able to get the proper medical care he needs. We worry if he don’t come home and get medical help that he will end up getting sick and become worse.
