Watson, a very good and humble Dog Walker, services various residents of 8-9 towers in Nahar Amrit Shakti. One of the towers is Lilium Lantana. The committee of this tower has already in past received legal notices for animal rights violations, which stopped their activity.

The committee and security head decided to ask one of their security guards to deliberately be abusive towards a pet groomer and walker Watson Ward. For days Watson had to take the abuse of security guard by the name of Sukanta Pradhan

On 22nd July 2022, Sukanta Pradhan, went to an extent to abuse Watson outside the complex on the road. Watson requested him not to do that in public but the guard continued to abuse threatening to ban him if Watson stops him in any way. A minor scuffle happened and thereafter the off duty guard went on to file an NC (Non Cognizable) Offence entry with Saki Naka Police Station, Chandivali Mumbai

The guard next day went on to share that NC with Head Security and Society Committee to ban Watson for an incident, which did not happen inside Lilum Lantana Society, nor inside Nahar Amrit Shakti. It was outside the jurisdiction of the Society, yet merely on the basis of an NC, Watson was immediately banned for 1 month without being even heard.

After 1 month and continual escalation from pet parents, who have been supporting Watson, the committee decided hold a meeting only to later ban him for 3 months officially.

A police complain was made against the Society at Sangarsh Nagar Police Station but Police did not take any action even when it knows that Society had no authority to ban someone for an incident much outside its jurisdiction.

The Society Committee has also threatened Pet Parents, by writing to their Landlords to vacate Pet Parents if they try to support Watson by way of any complain.

And also police action should be taken against the Society Committee members for threatening Pet Parents to not support for the cause of Watson.
