Recently, it has come to my attention that iHOP has removed its' timeless Red Velvet Pancake from the menu with no mention of its' return. For those of you who have never had the Red Velvet Pancake, this dish is a rich and sweet rendition of w red velvet cake in the form of a pancake. This menu offering has been a hit since its' release during the summer of 2012. It has been so popular with costumers that it has made countless reappearances to the menu, despite it being "a seasonal" pancake.
   I have noticed on iHOP's Facebook page that there has been an outcry by many other disturbed families for this masterpiece to appear permanently on the diner's menu. I know that this offering has brought countless smiles to my friends and family, and I am sure it has brightened the smiles of all iHOP pancake goers everywhere in someway. I, along with many others, ask you to consider signing this petition. It would bring joy to those who already long for this dish and introduce to a new generation of passionate pancake-goers this delicious twist on two of America's most classic dishes.
