Slick Vic and Crazy Oshiro (radio D.J.s) were fired from the wake up crew due to a disturbing joke they made toward a musician (Paula Fuga) who struggled with hunger and was trying to raise money for the Hawaii Foodbank at a benefit concert. It was disturbing to watch at the time however they have both issued heart felt apologies since with Vic also sharing that he was also homeless at one point in his life.
