Percy is the new hunter introduced into Identity V on November 25th, 2020. 
While if you know how to contain the hunter well, they are still a problematic add-on to the game.

Percy is a self-insert of Ashley Woods, who made the awful Identity V figure of the game’s Geisha, Michiko. Now Geishas aren’t supposed to be wearing revealing clothing, and the fact that Ashley also fetishizes Asian women. 

Percy itself is a horrible character. Percy’s backstory completely ruins Mad Eye’s, Burke’s, character. It shows Burke as narcissistic and wanting fame when his original personality showed him being the complete opposite of what is shown in Percy’s backstory.

While playing Percy in Identity V, he can’t chair survivors, which leads them to bleed out. This makes multiple characters useless such as: multiple rescue characters, Emma Woods, and  Aesop Carl (I’m assuming as he can rebirth characters when they are chaired). Not only this but he is extremely overpowered. He can dash hit similar to Geisha and has a pretty large hit box like another hunter; Wu Chang.

While if this hunter was still in the game, he would require a huge de-buff or something to make more characters useful against him. This petition may as well not do anything, but it’s worth a shot.
