Lipulekh, Limpiyadhura and Kalapani, are the places of darchula District of Nepal. India has recently inaugurated the roadway in Lipulekh area of Nepal without bilateral understanding and is claiming the land as theirs breaching the agreement made in Sugauli Treaty.
The land belongs to Nepal not only as per bilateral treaties (between Nepal & India) but also this fact has been recognized in other documents including treaty between Nepal and China in the past.
The map of Nepal as determined during the Sugauli Treaty clearly explains that the land belongs to Nepal, but during the Indo China war, India made army camps at 18 different location near Nepal of which the camp near Lipulekh was not removed later. 
India eyes on an easy access to Mansarobar, a hindu pilgrim situated in Tibet China, and China will have huge flow of tourist and ultimately better economy. because of this greed India is trying to fool the world by invading and claiming the land of Nepal. 
We Nepalese will not let India take a simple inch of our lands.
