NIIT ( National Institute of Information Technolog) - is a Skills and Talent Development Corporation, building a manpower pool for global industry requirements. Having it's tie-up with reputed banks like ICICI, HDFC, AXIS and many more big companies.

My self Avantika Srivastava I got the offer letter approx 450km far from Raebareli (home district). I never complained to any authority to change my location because it was already told to candidates, that we can get posted any where in India.

After reciving offer letter by Joining Authority Mr. Mohammad Shafiyulla was to provide another mail regarding details of RA, to whom I should report in bank and to the bank about myself, but both (Bank and Myself) haven't got. While reporting to Hathras ICICI bank on January 13th,2022.

Both were not having any information regarding my joining and when DBM asked who is my HR, then I was totally blank, because already I asked so many times from Mr. Mohammad Shafiyulla(JA), he was not answering my mail nor calls. 

Then Hathras ICICI bank told they don't have any vacancy as of now, if they would be knowing about my reporting then they must have connected to me and directly posted me to Firozabad ICICI Bank.

Me and father was traveling like fool from here to their with empty stomach because I was asked to join Firozabad ICICI bank on the same day, hence the time was less. As we were new to all the locations, it took approx 1hr to find transportation as thier was no direct transportation to the Firozabad ICICI Bank.

In Firozabad ICICI Bank, BM was very kind to us he gave me time to have my lunch and asked me to confirm my joining soon. But because of so much traveling now I am sick. Now less money was left, my father and me decided to return 1st because we was having a doubt of Covid.

Then we decided to return back home 1st because, we searched and got train for 2 AM. As very few money was left, we stayed in railway platform for approx 7hr. Now I am in my home and my condition is going worst because with in 2 days I travelled more then 1500 km because their was no direct train or bus was available to Raebareli.

NIIT is saying, no one will bear my travelling & health expenses, and even not providing me any grace period to recover myself. Now they are forcing me to join soon.

If would be tested Covid - positive, then only NIIT and ICICI would be responsible for it.

Before giving me offer letter, firstly they assured me that I will get posting to Lucknow..ie 80km far from Raebareli. Without asking my confirmation, they posted me 450km far for Raebareli. If they had been checked properly, I would be posted near by 100 - 150 km (Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj) easily. Even both branch manager was also assuring me for the same. 

Now I kindly requesting NIIT and ICICI to give me offer letter near by 100-150km or bear my whole expenses for the travelling and my health expenses.
