My Petition is about Unnecessary Harassment by ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank has actually made a fun of me Three times I would say.

First of all they are following up with men in a nasty and abusive manner for a defaulter who's name is similar to me. However after making required complaints to them, RBI and other authorities, my issue was resolved during the year 2013 in July as communicated by ICICI Bank, for the case which happened in April 2013.

However, again the same episode was again repeated in December 2014. The same procedure of informing authorities was again followed by me. The case again took another 3 months to get resolved and it came to a conclusion in March 2015. This was the Second Time.

Post that they were following up with me to put an email for the closure of the case. With All the right as an individual and a citizen of the country I asked them for furnish me a very simple thing. That was An Apology Letter from The Senior Management of ICICI Bank and a clearance certificate there of. To this again ICICI Bank officials gave me the Third Shock. I received a piece of communication at my residence by courier, which did not have any apology and no clear language on what they had to state. Further which the highlighting points were, there was NO SALUTATION to whom it was addressed, NO DATE of Communication (Which is the essence of any letter/ communication), NO Bank SEAL/STAMP, NO CASE Reference Number.

People, I appeal to every citizen of this nation, to wake up to such kind of acts by ICICI Bank, which claims to be the largest Bank of the nation and a huge brand name. Probably the next target could be You.. How do we now trust ICICI Bank now????
