Good evening friends and comrades. It was good meeting many of you last night at the Justice for Renee Nicole Good rally in Long Beach. I wanted to let you know that as of today we have over 1,500 signatures in our petition. Renee’s murder highlights the vicious nature of the ICE goons as well as the Border Patrol and their bounty hunters and the need to do what we can to stop them. While many of us are patrolling, involved in mutual aid, or helping our immigrant friends and neighbors in various ways, our mayor and council members are busy spending our taxes on frivolous projects with a paltry sum going to the Justice Fund for those at risk or detained for deportation. While the petition seeks to prevent collaboration between the LBPD and ICE, the LBPD were out in force at our peaceful protest and were out again tonight… protecting the murderous ICE gang. Help us put a stop to this, share the petition. Persevere!
