For more than 3 years masters athletes of Russia are excluded from participation in international competitions. This is totally unfair because the violations were professional athletes but the penalties are amateur masters. 

The fact is Russian masters are not supported by the state. The fact is Russian masters did not violate anti-doping rules. But The fact is Russian masters have a ban to participation in the World and European Championships. This is absolutely wrong and We hope this mistake should be corrected.

We are asking the IAAF Council to cancel the ban on Russian masters athletes from participating in WMA and EMA competitions.

Russian masters are part of The Worldwide Family of Masters athletes. Let's return them to our family.
