Chay Bowskill was recently sentenced to only 7 years. On 23 March the Court found his original sentence to be unduly lenient and increased his sentence to 12 years' imprisonment. Bowskill kidnapped his former partner Angel Lynn who was in a controlling and coercive relationship with him. His friend drove a van whilst Bowskill bundled Angel into the back of a van. She then fell head first at 60mph and suffered catastrophic brain injuries. 

The Court could not prove whether Angel was pushed or if she fell. My point is, she would never have been in that position had she not been kidnapped. I believe this is attempted murder and 12 years is an insult. He was CHARGED with engaging in coercive and controlling behaviour and perverting the course of justice.
