Since the last annual members' meeting, in November 2023, the club has gone through significant change by converting to a charity on 1 January 2025. We also have a new Chairperson and several new Directors.

One of the seven principles of the Charity Code is "Openness and Accountability", which includes the practice: "The board makes sure that there is a strategy for regular and effective communication with its stakeholders about the charity’s purposes, values, work and achievements, including information that enables them to measure the charity’s success in achieving its purposes."

I am signing this petition because I would like the Board to hold a members' meeting to introduce the new Trustees and allow members to ask questions of the Board.
