This is how the hearing yesterday went, in brief.

"Dear Counsel, I am I was deeply surprised by the unexpected outcome of today's hearing and that you, too, prevented me from filing a defense brief requesting time limits for my defense and counterclaims. I cried alone for over half an hour, shaken by this unimaginable and hasty conviction, without even giving myself a chance to understand what I was signing, given that I hadn't even had the opportunity to translate the change of claim, which the Landlord served on me only yesterday. The statement that I intend to appeal this scandalous decision immediately, alleging a breach of consent and violation of the right to a fair hearing and the right to a fair hearing. It is indeed unthinkable that in a civilized country like the Netherlands, even the right to file a statement by a party was denied, while also preventing them from having the necessary time to present their arguments at the hearing. I am unable to drive farther than an hour. I found  myself accused of only a small part of the crimes I have been the target here from two guests of my landlady with serious underlying mental issues, to say it pretty. Please help. I really do not know where to go, the situation has in the turn of a year stripped me of much of what made my identity. My cat was stolen, arson was attempted against me, I received death threats, but somehow the police does not like my tattoes and my foreign languages more than they like the Pope (my Landlady, who is never wrong regardless of whether she was there or not to know what she is talking about). I am trying to keep it light and brief, but this has been the most disgusting and painful year of my life. The fact my landlady was friend with one of the offenders, made it impossible to report the crimes. She actually got the police to delete an aggravated trespass that caused me TBI and the theft of my furry baby. I never thought this would be possible. I never knew anyone who could make the police do that other than war journalists of Lebanon. Never knew that you just have to have a good job and status to get the police to do that for you. I am in utter shock I hope that the truth will come out. I am not asking you to sign because you believe me, though that would feel nice too. I am asking to sign so that disabled people cannot be evicted based on false allegation from a stalker without being enabled to do a counterclaim and a restraining order which we requested to be issued on 11.2.2026 and to be transferred here, but somehow this modern and progressive country did not comply with EU laws on the matters of domestic safety for lodgers, especially foreign ones. The judge said you get "500"euros for travel. Travel where? Do you know what talking about? Travel to my death.  Sign so that a lodger that is accused on false allegations to the purpose of eviction can get a criminal lawyer for free, without risking to be left without because nobody has time for a pro-bonus. Sign so that nobody can be homeless based on the counterclaims of a stalker that refused to sign a restraining order request.

Furtheremore they are accusing me based on threats he is himself producing both by hand and through online identity theft, as concurrent circumstantial data confirms, such as the IP locations of the devices used to hack my phones, the models, the fact he intercepted and signed for two parcels that were hand deliveries, and used the contents to describe them in the summons, which the solicitor granted even though the information was obtained on a privacy breach, on the theft of my mail and on the unauthorised appropriation of a legal and private parcel I did not wish nor expected to get tried on to the purpose of my eviction. Please if you are people give women our dignity back, and you will give it back to human kind. No more one man, nor woman, to tell that a woman NO is not enough even just once to obtain the desired distance. This psychopath has not stopped harassing me since July, and his intentions are criminal, and criminally slanderous, because they aim to a displacement that will make me very vulnerable and I have reasonable motivation to believe my death, due to my health condition and disability related needs, which in any case were not met here due to the unbelievable harassment from two residents, as well as criminalistic slander from a stalker and the landlady his friend, who unfortunately is in a place of authority well above her management and ability of empathy and responsibility, that is admittedly very low. I fear for my life. Everyone expects me to keep moving but I have been on the go for all my life due to personal circumstances I have move about 800 times (it is actually an underestimation, I am not jocking nor exhagerating). This is why I need to stop somewhere and stay still. Two of my homes before were broken in, and one was brutally vandalised while the other was object of attempted arson. There are personal reasons that do not need to be shared on the public squares, for which women, several women, really many women, are victim of cyber stalking and offline stalking, through coercive and intimidation actions like car vandalism, spreading lies about you with people in a position of trust or authorities, or with the authorities directly to the purpose of criminalisation and general harm, thefts and petty crimes, turning your phone in a camera and recorder, with key logs recounting your every stroke, and all that kind of crap that if you know it for a few months or even years, you recognise dead certain but you also know you mustn't tell or people will say you are crazy. Well that is tragic. It is always about how the women react to normalised gender violence, not about the sick men who perpetrate it. 

It is always despised and considered self centred to stand up for yourself, but actually when you do it for you you do it for all human beings, not just for women, because when anyone is violated in their most basic rights, everyone is.
