I grew up in hale from time to time and I knew how the exploitation against the residents of this apartment complex turned into a total mess up

this will be my petition for Hale Hoaloha apartments and for the tenants that live there  this will be a petition for money exploitation against the people inside the complex, these low income families are getting exploited for there  money and I want to make it right for them.
