I reside in Yucca Valley. I have been a MBYSA soccer coach for the last 7yrs (14 seasons). I encourage and support all my players from ages ranging from 4-12. This year I was targeted by the MBYSA board for coaching my kids too hard and pushing them to be the best. As a result, I was placed on suspension for this upcoming spring and fall season for soccer with NO EXPLANATION. Out of 35 games this year including Cal South soccer tournaments, my players only lost one game. I coached up to 48 different players this year alone. We won our commissioners cup championship, presidents cup championship, and came in second place in the Tournament of champions tournament as well. I feel I am being targeted as well as being discriminated against, because of my race, and success. The MBYSA board I feel does not care about success unless it's their kind of people having it. 

Check the MBYSA facebook page to see my players results. They suspend me and in the same breath continue to keep our photos on display. Having their cake and eating it too is their goal. FYI.... Certain CAL SOUTH members which governs our soccer league was in on the fix as well! #FACTS

A majority of players and parents have expressed their dissatisfaction with MBYSA's decision, and are threatening to pull their kids from the league because of the hard work I put in voluntarily to teach kids the essence of teamwork, commitment, dedication, passion, responsibility, respectfulness, and hard work.

If things don't change the league will crumble, due to lack of transparency by this bias league. Its a bout who you know, not what you know when it comes to the board. Favoritism is at an all time high along with politics.

Immediate action is the only action, because more coaches and parents will be turned off by the sickening actions of our soccer league, and they will fell they have the right to choose a coaches fate without having healthy discussions. My kids have also come to love and thrive in soccer as well. They are currently apart of the league for now. If I am the one to cast the first stone to try to move things in a more positive direction then so be it. We as a community need to stand up for what's right no matter the color, race, or beliefs a person may have.
