I have reviewed the evidence provided to the Florida Bar for the Investigations against Attorney Leslie Ferderigos involving staff member of the Florida Bar partaking in harm to the public and harm to Attorney Ferderigos, and her family. This harm stemmed from extortion against her from a Guardianship attorney and former paralegal and the Florida Bar investigation allowed it to happen. Attorney Ferderigos successfully restored rights to 9 wards of guardianships in 2020 and became the target of attack by Elder Law attorneys after she received national exposure from NBC and ABC news. She also stood strong against the politics involved in family courts, receiving backlash from various attorneys for her refusal to partake in the politics and connections driving our court systems. Attorney Ferderigos stands for change and reform in our court system and has become a target of those who are seeking to extort her for her efforts and want the courts to remain as they are
