Those are my appointments that I had with my case manager from Centerstone I was actively engaged in life skills and case management so that's another lie that the guardian ad litem said in my case she tried saying I was actively engaging in Mental Health Services well it looks like I was to me plus my case manager just opening my door after his barricade shot but yet it doesn't say anything about that in my tpr it just States my door was wide open also what is a weird I had an appointment with Heather Webster that day at 9:45 to basically just walked to my house but since she did what she did I didn't meet with her because she made me mad because she lied and in the Centerstone reports it says I met with her three times that day two of them was life skills why would I have to meet her three times that day and two of those times be life skills that's also a questionable Theory because I think she was working with DCs hence why her name is nowhere in my tpr and what she did to my door they created a reason to take my youngest son away and they tried to say that we constantly had drug use going on we did not do drugs we smoke weed and they said as long as you don't smoke it around your kids you're fine but then you have some case managers that say no you better not smoke weed they need to get their s*** straight because in our tpr it says drug use but we only failed for marijuana and when we were at court for our tpr all of our attorneys stood up and said marijuana was dismissable so they couldn't use that against us but they did because they only said drug use drug use could be anything think about it this happened to me it could happen to anybody I give you the proof

   And to be honest my Aunt Amy had temporary custody of my children at that time the incident happened in the police report my children weren't even around me they were staying with my aunt and they kept going to there biological dad's house and I did not agree with that because their biological dads were abusive I told my Aunt not to let them go my aunt then let my oldest son go with his father for 9 months he got beat with a fraternity paddle there was bruises and Witnesses there is a DCS case opened on this matter but my son got hurt because my aunt neglected to keep him safe after I told her not to let him go with his biological father because he was abusive and his biological father did not suffer any consequences for hurting my son even though there was a DCS report and Witnesses and pictures of the bruising and a picture of the fraternity paddle and the guardian ad litem Melissa Richardson testified that Trey clearly loved Trayvon which Trey is his biological father and Trayvon is my son but how would Trey clearly love Trayvon if Trey physically abused him that doesn't make any sense and that's one of the reasons why it made me look bad because during that time when my aunt was supposed to have my son because she had temporary custody of him Melissa Richardson the guardian of lied him testified because Trey lost his housing so he was staying with one of his friends and one of his friends in that house was a convicted sex offender against children my friend called me the day after Trayvon got hit with a fraternity battle she told me what was going on and I immediately called Melissa Richardson my guardian ad litem to let her know that Trayvon was not with my aunt where he was supposed to be Melissa Richardson then asked to talk to my friend my friend called her and talked to her and told her exactly what happened to Trayvon and then I called her back I called Melissa Richardson back and I asked her if I could go pick up my son to get him away from his abuser she told me no because my aunt had temporary custody of him that it was her responsibility but my aunt was the one that put him in danger in the first place so I didn't understand why Melissa Richardson said I couldn't go pick him up she said if I picked him up I would go straight to jail which was a lie so she tried to call my aunt all day she didn't get a hold of my aunt until later on that night my aunt went to pick him up around 8:00 at night giving his father time to abuse him all day that day now tell me if that's right I'm not trying to put my family on blast here but I got to get the truth out because I told my Aunt not to let my son go with his biological father in the first place that was me trying to do good by my son but her getting in the way putting him in danger because she had that control not me I would also like to explain the part where it says my daughter was locked in the room they over exaggerated because I did not say that I locked my daughter in that room that day because the maintenance was bringing a dryer and they had to take it up the stairs and I didn't want my daughter to be in the way or get hurt so I only locked her in the room for just a little.. they can use marijuana against me the tpr but I fell from marijuana my adoption and it's okay it doesn't make sense

   while until they installed the dryer then I let her out I did not try to keep her in that room like they were saying and the part where it says Erica was not taking her medication was a lie I have proof of my mental health appointments that I will also post to prove another of their lies and on number 28 my kids got removed that time because my daughter told me she was getting sexually abused by somebody that was associated with my aunt so I called DCs and I reported it the DCS worker named Uniqua Johnson came out talked to my son and my daughter and my son told her he got burnt by my aunt he had a burn mark on his arm that look like somebody literally put a curling iron on it and said it there for a couple minutes and then took it off my aunt for some reason said the school could vouch for her I don't see how that's possible if it happened at the house and he admitted that my aunt burned him and then my daughter stated that she was getting sexually abused by somebody associated with my aunt that night Uniqua Johnson said since my aunt had guardianship and the so-called sexual offender wasn't at my aunt's house because she called my aunt and talked to her and my aunt said he wasn't there and he's not going to be there so she decided to take all three of my kids back to my aunt's house my youngest was mine and I had full custody of him but Uniqua was going to take all three of my kids back to my aunt's house where are my kids were saying they were getting abused at she took all three of my kids there when she got there my aunt had lied to Uniqua she said the sexual offender wasn't there but he was so you need to talk to my aunt and then my aunt backlashed and said it could have been my husband but my daughter said nothing about my husband she said the perpetrator was at my aunt's house so Uniqua called me and told me that my aunt said my husband could have been the one to do it of course we got upset because that was not true and that's not what my daughter said so she said since there is sexual abuse allegations towards him that he could not be in the house if I wanted my kids back that night so my husband before I even told him he heard her on the phone he was packing his bag because our kids are more important he left that night with nowhere to go and Uniqua brought my kids back to my house I took them upstairs got them ready for bed cuz it was late I started signing papers with her to keep them there and to make a safety plan to make sure my husband wasn't going to come back and in the middle of signing the papers my husband called me and asked me if I could give him a number of a friend of ours that's how she could help him with a motel room that night cuz he had nowhere to go and I told him I would have to look it up later and call him back and then you need to ask me who I was talking to I said it was my husband asking for a friend's number this sneaky little snake went outside and was talking on the phone to somebody for a few minutes and then came back inside and told me that she couldn't trust that my husband was going to stay gone that night so she would have to take all three of my kids into foster care until all the sexual abuse allegations were dealt with now just tell me how any of that is correct that is messed up and wrong on so many levels and another messed up thing is somebody in the middle of the night put a rag in my door my front door and then later on fire with lighter fluid causing my door to go up in flames me and my husband and my son was upstairs I felt something off and wrong so I opened our bedroom door and smoke just rolled in our room my automatic Instinct was to go get my son my husband went downstairs first looked and saw there was a fire at the door he ran and tried to put it out I ran out the back door with my son and I called 911 and the firefighters came put the fire out and the investigators did their investigation and they said that somebody intentionally put a rag in my door and let on fire somebody tried to kill us that night I don't know who it was and they never caught them but after that my door would not shut it was messed up the housing office wouldn't fix it and I called churches and I asked them if they could get us money for a motel or at least if they could come up with the money to fix my door they said they couldn't do anything because of my apartment didn't burn down and feelings and we didn't die I guess whatever and so I was just left with a broken door that would not shut or lock so I had to push my door shut and barricade it with a bunch of stuff to keep it shut well the next morning me and my husband was up all night with my young son he was only 6 months old at this time he was having trouble sleeping so me and my husband finally got to go upstairs I like 8:00 in the morning we went upstairs and his crib was already made and put together downstairs so he was at the very end of the stairs and our room was right at the top of the stairs our door was wide open just in case he woke up and cried but before we went upstairs we dressed him we fed him he was covered and he was watching Barney and he fell asleep that's when we went upstairs around 8:00 in the morning we finally got to go to sleep for a little bit until we were awoken up by the police and DCs because my case manager from Centerstone Heather Webster knocked on my door and somehow said my door was wide open even though it was barricaded shut she said she walked in and she found that guy crying but he probably was crying because of you coming in the house knocking the stuff down and she called the police and the police woke us up and we explained to to them what happened to our door and why it won't shut and I told them that it was barricaded with stuff so I don't understand how she even got in in the first place and my son was not crying he was asleep when we went upstairs I mind you we got upstairs at 8:00 in the morning she came at 9:45 I have proof of what I'm saying and there's no way he was crying cuz we would have woke up because we been up off and on with him that night so they took Zariah my youngest because somebody tried to burn my door down and they wanted to say and the tpr that my door was just wide open and they didn't say anything about my Centerstone case manager opening it because they were pinning that I didn't even complete any of my Mental Health appointments they were trying to claim that my mental state wasn't where it was supposed to be and I wasn't following up with Centerstone but I have pictures of these appointments that I kept that they lied about so hopefully with this little bit of evidence and the knowledge that you guys know now you will be more knowledgeable to sign my petition please help me help my children because nobody else has helped me they always put my children in danger and I was always the one trying to protect them but I was still on the back burner
