Students at Rochambeau middle school have made it clear that they feel they should be able to use their phone during school hours. This does not mean using phones while a teacher is teaching but if a student finishes early or has nothing left to do for the remainder of the class period, they should be able to use there cell phones. As well as during recess and lunch students should be aloud to be on their phones because it’s not like teachers are speaking to you. Also lots a parents have the concern that in an emergency they won’t be able to reach their child during school hours. 
There are a lot of benifts and reason why we should be able to have our phones out.
