Since September the I C bus company which serves a School here in Staten Island has been changing the bus driver every three months. That would be fine except that the children they serve are special needs. I have seen the impact of the bus drivers being changed every three months through my autistic son. Autistic children and special-needs kids in general need structure and routine. Every time the bus driver gets changed that interrupts the routine and structure that the child has finally had. And with that it can cause outbursts and other issues.
