Hi NCQ residents, 

As you’re all aware, NCQ is rapidly running down a steep slope & I fear it’s getting to a point of no return.

1. Parcels are being stolen at an ever increasing rate from our lobby areas/door steps. Residents are complaining daily of missing items, empty boxes on the stairwells or simply no parcels showing up at all. 

2. Letterboxes are being broken into, credit cards/credit accounts are being taken out. This is identity theft! 

3. Lifts are constantly vandalised, urinated in or simply used as a refuse site. 

4. Entrance doors are being ripped open to gain access (I have witnessed this myself, and it seemed to be VERY easy) 

5. Residents have been burgled, one most recently being a victim of burglary whilst at home. 

There are approx 900 homes at NCQ which are all approx paying £2000 PA in services charges. That’s £1.8 Million a year! This is without what the retail outlets contribute.

As it stands, Hyde & PMM do not want to help with the installation of cameras due to the costs, this must change! We need extra security to prevent this misconduct. I am hopeful, with your help that we can gain some positive feedback from Hyde/PMM with a solution moving forward.
