Hunter Water Corporation owns Finnan Park in Raymond Terrace, located on Richardson Rd alongside Grahamstown Dam.

For months now, the playground within the park has been fenced off and out of action, with zero communication from Hunter Water to the community.

This petition calls on Hunter Water to inform the community about its plans to fix the playground, or relocate it on-site, so that this special location can be used properly by the community.

We all pay Hunter Water huge fees every year. A single playground is not too much to ask for.

This petition will be presented to Port Stephens Council along with a request to send a letter to Hunter Water's Managing Director, and the NSW Government's Minister for Water, at the May meeting of the Council, by Cr Giacomo Arnott.
