Hungry Parrot was an exquisite pizza buffet located in Hanover, PA. It provided numerous years of joy and delicious pizza to children (and adults) for many years. The arcade inside kept children entertained and off the streets. Hungry Parrot was wrongfully closed due to failing to pass inspection for having sponges in a sink and rags on countertops. 

This petition is for the reconsideration of death-opening a happy, safe family environment.
