This year Halloween is on a Sunday, so students will have to go to school the following day. This means children will either not be able to fully participate in the festivities of Halloween night or will be coming to school the next day sleep deprived. All together students will not be in a good state of mind to learn. This one day off will allow students the opportunity to have a fun, worry free night and fully recover the day after without worrying about school work.
