For the healthcare workers from a hospital system in the greater Philadelphia area, who have worked on the front line throughout this pandemic. We have seen the worst of the worst, and have kept on going! We want to stick around to see things through, but our jobs are being threatened by our employers for not wanting to be vaccinated. We believe that our basic human rights have been targeted by the very place we have dedicated ourselves. We feel our medical freedom is at stake! We do not feel the COVID vaccine mandates are ethical or appropriate!

The first value stated by our company is the goal of keeping patients and staff safe. We feel this value has been betrayed by the rushed mandate for a vaccine that is still in clinical testing although it is now FDA approved. 

Our individual human rights are being stripped from us as health care workers as we are being told we have to do something against our will and choice. Our system values the fostering of an environment of diversity, respect, and inclusion which have never been more put at stake.
