Dillon County‘s animal shelter is violating basic decency in its treatment of animals by distorting data to hide massive numbers of dogs and cats they are euthanizing and preventing animal rescues from securing animals. 

Dillon County is a third world killing system without any efforts to buy equipment to scan for chips or work with rescues. They dump cats in the woods.  They do not maintain records. 

The animal shelter is under the purview of the Dillon County administrator. 

The Dillon County commissioners need to implement policies that support animal welfare, and direct the shelter to create systems much like other counties across the country have done.
