We the parents of New York State ask that the state recognize the rights of parents to parent their children no matter what the status of their spousal relationship is. A half LOVED child is a hurt child.

As a governing body which dispenses the rights and protections of its citizens in accordance with both state and federal civil rights this lack in the laws denies the children of New York this basic right.

When the State of New York will not stand up for, speak up for, the children and in so doing prevents parents from likewise exercising these human and civil protections it denotes a march toward anarchy and discrimination.
