I came to Melodee Stables with the intention to lease, found my heart consumed with the beauty of this gem, convenient for all to enjoy.  The people who board here so respectful, and caring.  The neighbors love to visit.

The owner passed away, her dying wishes that this remain an agricultural property for equine.  I have begun renovations and plan to fight to buy this property and keep the dream real. 

A letter of support from all our neighbors would go a long way, with both city support and funding. Any willing investors, appreciated as well. closing costs are high, more renovations to make the property appealing, and functional.
