This is a "Sin" tax on Tobacco type products. This will effectivly kill any small businesses that sell items such as smokeless (electronic) cigarettes (a 900% increase) RYO (Roll Your Own) tobacco (a 250% increase) Little cigars (a 720% increase) Cigarettes (a 429% increase)  just Cigarettes in general (a 429% increase) It's the Big Tobacco companies' way of eliminating competition and making billions and billions of more cash. This provision is FRAUD and strong arm robbery...it's just wrong. and being hid in a highway bill is reason to ask for the speakers resigination. (which is another petition on this site) also hidden in this bill, is that any small business that does survive the increases will be subject to additional regulations and escrow requirements that amount to a 4000% increase....Pork Barrell Politics to say the least.
