Scopleys game Star Trek Fleet Command is a fun game, but severely unbalances and biased towards P2W ( pay to win ) over its free (F2P)members. 

The average cost for a pack is 6x more than most of the other games played out there, extortionate and not worth the value.

We the undersigned would like to see changes, changes that will not make the game a ghost town in less than a year but changes that will address the severe issues plagued by meny players.

After a long set of discussions from people on multiple servers, diffrent players from P2W and F2P. i have collected from over 890 players different complaints which they deem, game breaking or non functional and would like addressed or they wont be spending any more money on over inflated packs.

What we would like to see addressed in game.

1.      Pvp disparency

2.      Too much emphasis on P2W over FTP

3.      Expensive packs (6-8x the cost of other games)

4.      Refinery rates to far low

5.      The rewards don’t match the effort in quests

6.      Complete lack of support/bug fix from scopley in customer support cases & game

7.      The forcing of spending money to upgrade (p2w)

8.      Fixing of the in/out game notifications

9.      Fix bugged mines and planets

10.  A better way to track active players within alliance

11.  PVE bases to raid and enjoy (non-player)

12.  In Game Party Dungeons when Armadas go live

13.  A Better report system (block/report)

14.  A Holiday Feature, where you go on holiday for 1 week every 3 months if you need it without paying for shields

15.  Warp Range Adjustments for quests, and older ships

16.  Removal or adjustment of quests that require seriously stupid amounts of resources

17.  Resume reimbursements through support when in-game bugs cause you to get raided

18.  Alliance multi messaging (leader @All)

19.  Better Battle Reports IE Who hit 1st and cargo ect, zero mine ect.

20.  Market Requirements to be dropped to 25+ not 50+ and tradable spare blueprints

21.  The ability to donate RSS to alliance members

22.  Tier up & Upgrade costs / Times are unrealistic and to expensive P2W

23.  Wrong In game Translations of text

24.  Price of ship BPS in the faction store Needs reduced

25.  The ability to Change Faction ( the daily join now)

26.  The ability for saved set crew load outs for ships

27.  Fix Officers that are broken and don’t trigger

28.  The ability to stop warp, ie stop at next

29.  A mission Story Tree where you can see complete and uncompleted missions,  And systems to pick up said  mission

30.  A friends list in came for quick chat

31.  The ability to invite people/friends family directly to your server to play with you.

32.  Trade in your old ships/blueprints to factions/scrapyard that will give you RSS in return for completed ships or partial Blueprints or scrapping for uncommon parts

I would ask all players if they are unhappy with 1 the lack of support from scopleys customer support, 2 the lack of real communication from scopley ect. i would ask a for a signature to show scopley that if all of us dont buy packs it might get them to actually listen :P
