For years police have handed Section 59 Warnings to innocent motorists without reasonable grounds. These warnings have no right to appeal, and you are effectively guilty until proven innocent. Should you receive 2 of these warnings your vehicle will be impounded which can turn very costly. Police have targeted innocent motorists with these warnings for years without just cause it has to stop, there has to be grounds for an appeal before action is taken. Even if you refuse to accept the warning you will still be issued with it without the right to appeal. Car enthusiasts in particular and innocent motorists are targeted up and down the country with this! Lets make change happen!

What we want: All police officers to be re-educated on what a section 59 warning can be issued for. A simple appeals system in place and an innocent until proven guilty attitude.
