Sutter Health is a massive healthcare corporation with a long history of anti-union and potentially illegal behavior. This company, which is currently facing an class-action lawsuit for price-gouging and anti-trust behavior that cost its members millions, now wants to offer their new HMO, Sutter Health Plus, to San Francisco City and County Workers.

As city employees and union members we believe that Sutter Health Plus is the WRONG choice for us! City employees deserve healthcare they can trust to be transparent and accountable. If the HSS board allows Sutter to offer their HMO to city employees, we will have no protection from their criminal rate hikes. The last thing we need is higher healthcare costs!

The HSS Board is voting on May 12th on whether or not to allow Sutter into our health insurance market place, and its time we stood up and said NO. Join  your colleagues and city unions in the Public Employees Committee in telling the HSS Board: Just Say NO to Sutter HMO!
