When Eagles fans hear the name "Kelly", you're most likely going to see many disgruntled facial expressions due to the bad tenure that former Oregon coach Chip Kelly brought upon the franchise. However there was a time when another Kelly, as in Kelly Green, was worn on the back of nearly every citizen in Philly. But in 1996, the franchise decided to switch to Midnight Green, a shade they have sported ever since. After a roller coaster of 21 seasons later, the city of Philadelphia needs Kelly Green uniforms now more than ever.
