Petland in Rome, Georgia Dalton, Georgia is owned by the same person. His name is Monty Brokate. They literally just had a strangles outbreak in Petland, then tried to cover it up. 
and now this precious female French bulldog along with 14 other dogs are missing. These dogs are stuck in kennels 24 seven seems as you can walk into a Petland at anytime of the day and you will never see food or water bowls. These puppies are always stuck on wire and sitting in their own urine and feces. This has got to STOP � help us make a change in the right direction in our community. Help stop the cruelty of animals at Petland.
