On the night of February 10th, 2022, Adam James Phillips was 1 of the 2 fatalities that occurred by driver that was ran a red light along Highway 290. He was 2 minutes from home, had just gotten off work. 
The driver admitted fault to running the red light that night and so far no charges or arrest have been made. 

Adam was born & raised in Northside of Houston, Tx; found his way in the food industry as a chef. He was the kindest person with a soft spot for animals. Known & remembered the most to make anyone laugh.

We are not only seeking justice for Adam but for the other fatality as well- as this person should be off the streets for the safety of others. 
Adam was a son, brother, cousin, husband and friend. It could’ve been you or one of your family members suddenly taken away in the blink of an eye, even if it’s just 2 minutes from home.
We are starting this petition in hopes of spreading awareness about this sad and untimely incident.
