My name is Joseph and I want to get a Miniature Siberian Husky in my new apartment sadly , the company that owns them has huskies listed as an "Aggressive breed".

Huskies are not aggressive. Huskies are actually very sociable dogs and enjoy the company of strangers and will get along well with other dogs and cats, provided they were raised with them. 

Blacklisting pets is just another way to create a legal framework to deny people deemed undesirable housing in this day an age. Taking huskies off the aggressive breeds list will make it easier for people who have huskies to find housing for them and their dogs, and for myself to get a miniature Siberian husky. As well as help people who have other dogs that have been incorrectly blacklisted find justice.
