PETITION House of Worship on 62 Riverglen Drive, Thiells, NY, 25-12.01-31

We the undersigned  residents of the Town of Haverstraw and neighbors of 62 Riverglen Drive, Thiells, NY  are requesting that the Planning Board, as Lead Agency under SEQRA,  make a positive declaration that there will be potential environmental impacts of the proposed new use and encroachment of the conservation easement for a large parking lot, and three fold increase in size of the existing  3,576 square foot single family residence into a 8,202 square foot house of worship, and order a limited Environmental Impact Study along with floor plans and elevations to identify, consider and mitigate adverse environmental impacts.
