I believe the polygraph test should be allowed in British Courts. It was good enough for it to be used by the labour government to use on sex offenders and if they failed it they were kept in prison and denied parole. so if its good enough to convict the guilty and keep them behind bars it should be good enough to free the innocent.

At present successive governments have used the  Polygraph test to keep The guilty in prison (Rightly so) however they refused to except the Polygraph test when it establishes someone is Innocent.

We believe this cannot be right and is unfair and believe if the Polygraph test is reliable enough to keep guilty prisoners in prison it should also be reliable to acquit the prisoners  who are claiming their Innocence.

Having spent eleven years and 43 Days in prison for a crime I didn't do before clearing my name at the Court of Appeal in 2000. I took The Polygraph test On Itv Wales this week Programme needless to say I Passed with flying colours.
