We are asking the Horry County City Council Members, including Mark Lazarus, the Chairman, to say "Yes" to quickly take the steps we need to transform our Shelter in Conway to a No-Kill Facility, hundreds of healthy Cat's & Dog's are killed at our Facility every month, we plan to stop the Killing by embracing the proven guidelines and programs to become a Shelter that saves 90% and more of our healthy Cat's and Dog's. We expect our Community Cat's in Horry County to have protections, it is our responsibility to have a County-wide TNR Program in operation at all times, this will significantly reduce the needless killing of perfectly good Cat's who don't deserve to die!  "Trap/Neuter/Release" is the only method proved to reduce the Feral Cat population, they Can Not sterilize themselves, we've got to do it, and with the Horry County City Council's cooperation, we will. The signer of this Petition pledges to Vote for local Officials who are in support of the No-Kill Equation, and to Vote-out those who choose to keep Killing our animals.
