Horn Honking problem around the area of my residence has been a big problem. Infact this problem has been there in around many areas of this city. 

Even after making efforts in the direction to stop this from happening , namely a police report , there has been no change in the situation.

As this is affecting a lot of innocent people and their peaceful environment . May it be people with medical conditions who need special attention or ordinary people , it troubles them all. 

It just takes a press of a button to honk a horn but if it has no valid reason and has become habitual for the people to honk a horn then it should be accounted as a mistake.

I guess police authorities and law makers can play a key role in changing this situation by applying sign boards and implementing strict rules .They can even set up a special committee for addressing problems related to noise pollution and provide online support.

If I win , a lot of people will be liberated from the constant buzz they have around them without any fault of theirs and will have other health / mental benifits. If I happen to lose the situation might remain the same or even worsen in the coming years as it did up till now.
