The Charlotte area community is very concerned about safety on our roads in light of recent crashes between cyclists and motorists. There have been several hit-and-run collisions in our community recently. One in particular is the incident involving David Spranger. This case is of great concern to many citizens, including the cycling community and David's friends and family. We appreciate the effort of the police for their investigation of the crime and success in locating the driver of the car. We anticipate a just and fair outcome.
